I bought this wgen9500 in October and it did everything I needed it to do unfortunately I let it sit for three months and now it won’t start so I will be using the service number for help in repairs

Everything works as advertised the only complaint I have is it a 50 amp service protective cover fell off in the box. It doesn’t look like there’s a way to get it back on.

Simplicity & Security For Unpredictable brownout

Duel Fuel and largest unit within budget, Unit arrived with no issues.
Setting up somewhat an issue out of box but once done appears great.
Contacted Transfer switch to go direct eliminating wire issues.
