Outstanding Investment

I ordered this unit toward the middle of December 2024. I picked it up on December 29, 2024.
The packaging for the unit was superb! Assembly was exactly as depicted in the instructions.
After servicing with oil and gas, the first start was via the remote fob . The unit probably made 2 revolutions before starting. Same was true when I started it on propane. Both times the unit started right up and ran smoothly.
Good job Westinghouse!

Just what I wanted

Built like a tank and runs smoothly. Has flexibility to power my band and to be my hurricane helper with the next storm. Has 50A plug for whole-house power. Love it!

Seems to work as advertised

Relative suggested a dual-fuel generator, and this is the unit we decided upon. Took it out of the box, added wheels and feet. Put in oil and a little fuel. Synced the remote start fob (cool feature I wasn't expecting!). Tried to start the machine, it sputtered and tried to crank itself 4 times before turning off. Asked neighbor for help. Neighbor executed the same procedure I did, and it worked like a charm. No idea why it was moody with me, hence the 4 stars. Tested it on Christmas lights, worked good so far! The real test will be hurricane season.
