Great solid product

The packaging was perfectly done. I opened it up assembled it which was a breeze, poured the oil in and some gas then cracked it up. It's a great product. I'm hoping I won't ever have to use it at home but in the event I do, it is nice to have one.

Bought this for a Shaved Ice Trailer. Works Great. It is a little louder than I had hoped for but it is diffently not as loud as most in this size. Remote start works great. Overall very please.

excellent generator, but damaged when received

Very nice generator. As received there was cosmetic damage on recoil starter cover and air cleaner (dented), remote key-fob was cracked and non-functional. Appeared to be done at factory, box was not damaged. Received very quick response from Westinghouse customer service (email), they sent replacement parts quickly.

Found all the listed items in the box. Nothing appeared to have been damaged in shipping. Followed the assembly and preparation instructions exactly. The provided container of engine oil wasn't quite enough; so, I purchased an addiitonal quart. Otherwise no complaints. Connected LP tank. Prepared the generator to start per the instructions. It started on the second crank and operated (without a load) for 30 minutes. Have yet to connect to connect and transfer power to house circuits. Am with holding a 5-star rating pending operation with a substantial power load..

I bought this to use as a backup for power outages. I have it connected to a transfer switch. It’s a great setup using propane. No worries the gas is old or water in (condensation). I also like the remote control.
