Great Feature, Peace Of Mind.

I bought this just a month ago. It is just in time for the fire season. I wanted a portable generator to help when city electric is down like PG&E Public Safety Power Shutoff.

Perfect for those who like to be prepared- you can buy a good amount of propane and store it indefinitely. I use a 50amp inlet plug to power my whole home including central AC.

Great First Day!

We received our generator several days before the delivery date, which was a nice surprise. It was easy to set up, minor work to install the feet and the wheels. They have even streamlined the process to connect the battery (NOTE: you do not need to detach and reattach the battery cables like the manual says. Instead, you just need to plug the wires in). The oil they provided was sufficient. The quick start guide is clear and easy to follow and the manual answered any additional questions I had. The remote start worked first time too! So far, so good!
Also, leaving this review earns me a bonus reward of a cover for the generator.

Worked right out of the box

Had to wait about 3 months since they seem to have been delayed by the Coronovirus pandemic, but I'm glad I did. Living here in Florida with hurricane season around the corner, I was anxious to receive this dual fuel generator. While waiting had electrician install 50a transfer switch, and our gas company came out to add "T" off LP line into our home that already existed. Tried it this morning and it started right away off LP. Haven't put a load on it yet. It is big and heavy, and the hardest part was putting feet an wheels on it. I managed to do by myself by propping the casing up on a couple of bricks. The push start is sweet. No more yanking and pulling on a crankcase. Hope it stands up as advertised.
