Starts Right Up

Just received the Westinghouse WGen9500DF in preparation for California fire season when PG&E will undoubtedly shut off power. Easy assembly of wheels and "feet." Connected LP tank, and it started right up on the first try.
Now we will have backup power to keep our freezers from defrosting and our well pump running. Thanks, Westinghouse for a great product.

So happy with the performance and capabilities of this generator. Ease of setup and directions are explained In specific detail. Worked perfectly on my first test run for appliances around the house.

Hurricane Ready

I've only had this generator about a week but it's fired up both times with ease. As a new homeowner in FL, the primary reason for purchasing was to prepare for potential power outages in preparation of hurricane season. Setup was straightforward and the option to use gasoline or propane was a huge plus in making my decision. So far I'm pleased with the purchase and am confident that should I need to fire this up, I'll have no issue powering the major appliances in my house for any extended period of time.

Lots of cool features

I just got it set up on Friday July 10th so haven’t really used it other than practice runs, but so far it does everything it claims. So far I love the remote start and the VFT Data Center feature.

WGen9500df packs a punch for its size ! It was easy to put together 4 bolts for the feet 1 axleshaft,washer and clip for each wheel. Control panel is simple to understand and has a L14-30R ,14-50R , and double 5-20R gfci outlet as well. It is a little loud but what to be expect from 12.5k peak power generator. Works great with power tools around my property and will be great for back-up power during hurricane season ,too.

Great insurance for power failure

Great insurance for a power failure. I like the fact that I do not have to store gas in garage. Also gas is difficult to store. Propane or natural gas is way to go.
