This generator is capable of powering everything I need to keep me comfortable in our home during a power outage. This much generator the price was impossible to pass on.

Need a repair manual! Less then 30 days

I need a repair manual for this model. Less then 30 days and the connecting rod broke. Contacted company I bought it from told me to file warranty claim. So I did. Was told to find a shop and they would pay 200 to have it looked at but after that I needed to cover the rest! I will never buy one of these again!!

Great Generator

I have lived in FL for over 25 years without a generator. After the last hurricane in October I said enough was enough. This should be great for my whole house. Hope we don't have to use it but so glad I have it if needed.

I recently purchased this generator and I'm very happy with it. I unpacked it and followed the instructions provided. Thankfully there was a full manual included so I didn't have to go online to find it. After putting the few pieces together I added oil with the oil provided and thankfully they provided a funnel to use. Otherwise it would have been a chore to get the oil into it. I used the remote start and it fired up right away. I ran it for a while and went into my house to remote stop and start it a few times. No issues and the distance of the remote was ample. I don't necessarily wish for a power outage but I am anxious to see how well it will work and power the house. It appears to be a great product.
