So far I I ran the unit on propane it fired right up and I plugged in 2 items and it powered them up .I bought it for a power back up . I have only owned it a week..

It started on the first push on the button. Had lots of power to run everything we hooked up to it. The only thing that I don't like is that wheels look really cheap, but only time will tell if they hold up.

Perfect Size and quiet

Purchased for use during storms with power outages. Very happy when testing out and with the dual fuel feature. Unit is very quiet. Would have rated a 5 but the remote did not come with unit as stated.

I wanted an upgrade to my current generator. I love the auto start/dual fuel feature and large fuel capacity of the WGen9500. This generator meets/exceeds all my power needs.

We bought this as we know we are going to need it at the cabin some day. We wanted one big enough to handle a good amount of power. We were amazed at the LITTLE amount of effort to make this "go" right out of the box. My wife and I were able take it out of the bed of the pickup even though it weighed 200 lbs, I know this will come in handy when the power goes out next.
