I bought this a month ago and setup was easy.... ready for a power outage now. One hurricane this season and needed this generator.

Incredible Technology

Good, heavy, solid generator, a beast! I researched this unit for a month before I bought it, and so far it is all that was advertised. After putting the wheels on, I installed the oil (included) per the manual, reviewed all the startup procedures, and it fired up immediately with the electric start, as well as the included remote start 'key' fob. I tested a few small items--a space heater, some lights--and all worked perfectly. This generator charges the battery through the battery's cables, but the set also comes with a separate plug-in charger similar to a phone charger, and the battery can be charged from a separate source. As heavy as it is, this generator was not difficult to move around, as the wheels are situated under the heaviest part, and rolling it is similar to lifting a wheelbarrow.
All in all, I'm not looking for another hurricane here in Florida, but I'll be ready if it happens.

Love the key fab for remote start!

I bought this a month ago and just received this generator. Couldn't wait for it. Boxed up very nicely. Comes with oil, funnel, spark plug tool, wrench, and the wonderful key fab. I love how this is dual fuel. I plan on getting (2) 120 gallon propane tanks for a long run time. After I added oil, I hooked up the propane and pressed the start on the fab. Fired right up! Great looking too.

Looks like a great gen...disappointed w/ arrival

Purchased them generator on Sep 12. Delivery was supposed to occur on the 15th. Finally delivered on 25 Sep. I understand deliveries sometimes don’t go well so I was willing to look past that. I openedThe box the next day and followed the setup steps exactly to the instructions. After adding oil and gas the generator wouldn’t start under battery power or pull rope. I began trouble shooting by checking spark plugs. There was spark so I then began tracing fuel supply. I had gasoline to the float bowl in the carb (yes the switch was on gasoline not propane). Tried starting again with no luck. I verified the oil level was within range and it was so I went to the manual and tried all listed troubleshooting ideas. I then tried the service line which must not be available on Saturdays. As a last ditch effort I removed the panel for the control board and began looking for electrical problems. After searching I discovered a disconnected wire (appeared to be bad quick connectors or bad crimp). The wire was the low oil sensor. After replacing the bad connector the generator started and ran smoothly. I decided to leave this review after several hours of troubleshooting my brand new generator that wouldn’t start. My intent is not to complain for no reason as I hope this situation will be corrected for other customers. The generator itself looks like a good product and I am pleased so far once I got it running; this is why I took the time to leave this review because it seems to be a good generator and I would like to recommend to others but it is hard to do so when forced to deal with the frustrations that I described above. I hope that you are able to correct for other customers. In honesty I would like to try some of your other products but I am hesitant to do so after this experience.

Exceeds My Expectations

This thing is a beast. Unbelievable for the price. I haven't powered anything major with this however unpacking was a breeze and the same for putting the wheels and feet on. Charged the battery, added oil, hooked up propane tank. Started right up and seemed to run perfectly. It's actually much quieter than I expected. Seems well built.
