Very please with the quality

Received my Wgen9500Dfc 3 days ago and couldn't wait to get it all setup. Talk about easy, attach the wheels, the rubber feet, add oil, connect the battery, add gas and it was ready to go. Took 30 minutes and it was up and running.
I feel ready for the next power outage and secretly can't wait to put this to the test.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Finally upgraded to a more powerful generator with great features: electric start and remote too which is very convenient; it is tri fuel so we have choices, yesterday successfully tested with propane, and plan to have it hooked up to natural gas soon, gasoline is another option of course. So far very happy with the purchase and hopefully for many years to come.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Works like a charm!

We bought this generator in March 2025, spurred on by my son and after being hit by Hurricane Helene. We’re in our late 70s and we’re able to get it assembled (mostly just the feet/wheels ourselves. With just a few more steps, it was ready to go. It started up so easily and runs like a charm. With a couple of power cords, we are now able to keep tv, lights, appliances, refrigerator running when the power is out. We now feel much more prepared to handle the next big storm and power outage.

I bought a WGen11500Tfc and a WGen10500Tfc i December for back up generators for my house and my Mother in laws house on my property. I un boxed them,set them in place and tested them, I wad happy with the purchase. I followed the instructions for long term storage in the manual. We recently had a power outage and my generator the 11500 would not start but the 10500 started right up. I have put in a warranty request and I was told to remove the carburetor disassemble it and clean it.I am not a me mechanical person but I did my best. This did not fix the issue. Now I am being told that I need to have the carburetor replaced at my expense even after following the Westinghouse instructions.
Ultimately do not count on the Westinghouse "Warranty " they do not seem to back up their product.
