Took out of the box, put on wheel kit started right up. I can’t wait for the next power outage to try it out. I love the dual fuel option, after Superstorm Sandy the power was out for a week and gas was hard to get.

Powers the entire house!

We wanted something that fit the budget a little better than an automatic whole house generator, but we were very pleasantly surprised that the 9500DF model can power everything in the house, including the pool pump and hot tub! We don't have everything on at once, but we know during any kind of power outage, we'll still have our comforts. Living in Florida, this gives me peace of mind.
The only issue we had was during the first startup, it took quite a number of tries. I think that's to be expected until the fuel pump can get everything primped. After that first start, it started right up every time we tried it.
Very happy with our purchase!

Love Dual Fuel

I purchased this a couple of months ago but just powered it following installation of a manual changeover switch and receptacle. I like the ability to run propane but switch to gas if circumstances warrant. Instructions were clear, operation is straight forward, and the auto start sequence worked as advertised.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Perfect generator for me

Arrived in excellent condition. A breeze to assemble and prep for use even for a 70++ year old to do alone. Have not used for an extended period but initial checkout went smoothly. Dual fuel feature is great since you don't have to worry about degradation of gasoline between uses/periodic checks.

Fantastic machine and powers on smoothly

I bought this a few weeks ago and it is my first power generator to own. Easy to follow assembly instructions and followed the simple steps to set it up. Let me tell you that it turned on very smoothly. The electric start up is a great feature and you don't have to pull on a cord. I would highly recommend this powerful machine to anybody. Very happy with my purchased.

has everything I needed

followed easy instructions to set up---pushed button to start and it did--everything seems to work fine --happy to see battery charges when running but having the plug-in charger is a nice back-up

50amp controls the whole house

I first purchased the Wgen7500DF and worked like a charm, however, only had 30amp.... kept my eye out for this Wgen9500DF for a couple of months since everywhere was sold out... glad I waited... a few became available, purchased one, and within a week it was delivered right at my doorstep... its a beauty can't wait to turn it on
