Works Great

This is actually our 2nd Westinghouse generator, we have one at both houses. The one I have in Texas actually goes out to the deer lease with us as well. I am extremely happy with these generators. Leaving in the South with hurricanes they're great. We have an electrician hook everything up and they run the houses amazingly.

easy to assemble

Purchased this to run the house if we lose power . unit came packaged very well . Once out of the box it was very easy to assemble and get ready to run . Had it ready to go in less than 10 minutes . It is a Very well protected unit and is easy to move once wheels are on and with the attached foldable arm.
I would recommend this to a friend!

No power on startup

I bought this product 4/27/25 and it is 05/14/2025. I haven't been able to get power from it, although it runs perfectly. I think all will be well, if their service department has the solution and I don't have to cart it in...

We purchased this unit as a replacement for an older, lower wattage unit that we'd had for years. Boy how things have changed! A remote start for a generator! Very nice feature! Switching between gasoline and LP is just the turn of a switch. Starts right up with no hiccups and runs solidly. The only thing that I wish had been included was a generator cord. All other generators I've purchased have included one. I would also prefer to have the LP inlet a bit higher above the ground. Still a great product. It runs quieter than my old 5500 watt unit. I'd recommend this unit.

I purchased the WGen9500DF to power my 50-amp travel trailer. I was very pleased with the minimal assembly and easy start-up, fresh out of the box. I enjoy the dual fuel option, and the remote start is an added bonus. I am really looking forward to putting this product to use this summer.
