Delivery went without a hitch. Assembly was easy. Started on first attempt with propane.

I just received this generator and got everything setup. Evening is working as expected. I will update review after I have a chance to ball in the motor and run the generator under load.

I bought this as an upgrade to our old generator, we live in Florida and these are almost a must have. The generator came well packaged and looks solid. The push button start is a real treat to have also remote start. We are having a 50 amp service installed for ease of use.

Haven't had a chance to put it to work, but did test it on the whole house and it worked flawlessly. I love the dual fuel option and remote start is really convenient for my wife. Setting it up and pairing the remote was a breeze as it comes with everything you need ( wheels and handle, battery, oil, funnel, wrench, remote, propane connection ) besides the fuel. I look forward to using it during the next power outage.

Great All Purpose Generator

I am very impressed with this Generator. I knew of Westinghouse name from Kitchen appliances and TV but generator was new to me. I still decided to invest a lot in the DF9500 model. First I have always hated using gas in equipment as the old gas causes problems. With the Propane option, I am very happy. First it is safe to use and store. I have yet to use the generator but very impressed with it.
One thing I would tell the Westinghouse engineers is at to add some padding (internal packaging material) around the bottom of the box as it was damaged. I had seen other reviewers saying their units were damaged and had box damage but my generator luckily was fine.

Quality Product

I recently purchased this generator as emergency back up for this upcoming winter. With all of the uncertainties that 2020 has brought us, I thought, why not. The generator performs well and even the licensed electrician I had come out to wire the house was impressed, especially with the easy switch for gas to propane. If you're concerned about noise level, this generator sounds like a riding lawn mower without the blades engaged (not bad at all).
I would recommend this to a friend!
