I just purchased this product and I like the simple intuitive layout. Their directions for assembly and operation were clear. I've tried both types of fuel and the gas definitely gives you more power, but does have more maintenance .
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased this for hurricane laura. i live in lake charles, la. we were out of power for 3 weeks it worked great. it even ran my cental air unit.

Hurricane power

We purchased this unit to supply power for our USN disabled veteran's home in the event of extended power loss. After examining features we liked the size and that it operates on both propane and gasoline.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great features and easy to understand

Just received the generator and it runs very well, started right up on propane. A little loud but normal for a generator this size. Easy to understand directions and the quality is good. They could have put better packing material because the box was damaged with some damage on the frame.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Lots of power with very nice features such as the data center, key fob ignition and dual fuel option. Within the comfort zone of non-mechanically oriented persons such as myself.

Great machine. Worked as advertised. Set up was easy. Hard to tell if enough oil was added at startup, but once battery was hooked up, remote and push button start started it right up. So far so good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy starting and powerful

This generator took about 10 minutes to put together, put in oil, and it started right up! Love the dual fuel option, I plan to use primarily propane, so the fuel doesn't go stale between uses. I hooked it up to our home panel thru a dedicated 50amp breaker, and it powered up our entire house! ( I left the water heater breaker off because of it's high draw) Very nice generator! Packed well with no damage.
