Love that it's a remote start

Delighted to have this generator. It performed perfectly on initial start and test. Hope I won't need it much, but happy to have the security it provides in case I do.

Versatile

Generator Starts right up, Push start feature is a plus, Remote is nice also. Fuel gauge is nice. Fuel and Gas selector easy to use.50 amp plug a plus. Floating ground option its a plus Its is quite heavy but its expected for size, Sound its comparable to similar Generators. It would be nice if it had a 12 volt output like usb. Instructions are easy to follow and like that it comes with a maintenance schedule sheet. Would of like a slightly larger fuel tank. 8gal at least capacity? Nice that it included Battery, Oil, Funnel, Spark Plug Socket and tools.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Delivered two weeks ago, easy assembly. I have not needed to use it yet, but it appears that the larger wattage will be a definite advantage over our previous 5000 watt generator.

Impressive

I just received this about a week ago. Quickly put this together in about 30 minutes. Started it up using Propane. 3 Tries with AutoStart which is normal. There were some reviews about the noise. Coming from an older generator, this generator is much quieter. The engine sounds smooth, with no puttering. The wheels are a nice size but using a 50 amp plug, you can barely get it plugged in. I am having an electrician upgrade my house connection from a 30 amp to a 50 amp. The oil they give you doesn't seem to be enough to get the oil level to a mid-level. Nevertheless, very impressed and I will upgrade my review after I have used it for a while. I would highly recommend this product. Seems well built and solid.

Power Plus

Had electrician install a power bypass to the house panel, then powered up the WGen 9500 using both gasoline and propane. Powerful enough to run a large house with 2 refrigerators plus AC. Exactly what is called for with our rolling blackouts in California during the summer or when power crashes during winter months.

Reassurance

The derecho hit on 8/10/20 destroying so much of the power grid in Eastern Iowa. My daughter has this model and ordered one immediatedly for us. Delivery was dellayed and did not occur until a few days after power was restored. However, we plan to install a transfer switch before winter because of ice storms that disrupt power. We borrowed a small generator for a few days but this one will provide three times the power. Even without the transfer switch there are four regular plugins so more options to run more than just the freezer and refrigerator. It is an impressive machine. Assembly was easy and instructions for the novice were very clear and detailed.
We have immediate reassurance should a storm hit again that we have a generator and two cans of gas to keep the important applicances running and potentially more after the transfer switch is installed.
