duel fuel and other features I was looking for.

we just had a power outage and I had to borrow a relatives generator. So I researched for features, reliability etc. and this was it.

GOOD FEATURES AND SHOULD DO THE JOB

THIS WAS RECOMMENDED BY A FRIEND. LIVE IN A RURAL AREA WHERE WE ARE DEPENDENT ON ELECTRICITY FOR HEATING AND WATER AS WELL AS REFRIGERATION. THIS UNIT SHOULD DO THE JOB IN CASE OF AN EXTENDED POWER OUTAGE. THIS UNIT HAS THE ADVANTAGE OF DUAL FUEL LOOKING IN TO BEING ABLE TO RUN OFF OF MY 100 GAL PROPANE TANK WHICH IS USED FOR HOT WATER AND COOKING GAS. AS THE GENERATOR IS USED WILL UPDATE MY REVIEW

Tough device

My unit had been damaged in shipping with its frame bent into a gentle parallelogram with bent front panel, however my retailer offered me 1/2 off if the unit worked - easy to setup (though to get oil filled is a bit odd as it nearly comes out the top so go slow in adding like manual says) It cranked up on second button push! Louder than I expected but runs smooth and even. The folding lifting handle is great for moving the unit. Plus the remote control worked immediately with no setup - very nice! I'll be using it as full house backup with manual transfer switch. My whole house draw is 6.7KW so this unit is perfect.

Great unit ,many options , solid build

I've purchased this unit and I'm very pleased with a lot of the extra features, the transfer switch is big and I love the fact that it has gasoline or ( propane) which I'm personally using with a 40lb tank....
Ease of use.. low oil shut off is another great feature.....!! Love the Electric start...!
Extremely well built and sturdy this is a unit that is made to last....
I recommend this unit highly....
