Great Product

I bought this as a hurricane, emergency power source. It was up and running within 10 min of unboxing. I spent longer looking for the remote start fob than putting it together (it was clipped to the recoil start handle). Started right up on the first try. Just assemble wheels and front supports, add oil (included) Gas and it's ready to go! Look forward to many years of service out of this power plant.

Goodbye to power outage anxiety

Bought this generator after several storms knocked out our power and so glad I did - the dual fuel feature is the best! It has kept our home and more importantly our freezer going during recent storms giving us comfort and peace of mind.
I would recommend this to a friend!

A Complete Package!!

I did my research and choose WGen9500DF it is the one for me, has all the features that I wanted. It is well built and very strong and compact at the same time for us to move around. It is a complete package and we love it!!!! Duel fuel source is a must. Would recommend anyone to buy this unit!

Generators starts right up, can use propane

Installed a hook up right to my breaker panel. The electrician that did this also bought the WGen9500DF. It started right up. I enjoy the electric and remote start way more than I thought I would. Nice. I particularly like the ability to use propane. Then I don't have to worry about the gas in the tank going bad (even with extenders). I just got a couple extra propane tanks (they work on my grill). This generator is a great, and much less expensive, way to get power to our house. I am ready for the next power outage.

I’ve run this generator through its paces, including different loads and switching fuels in midstream. It’s responsive. It’s easy to start on either fuel. It switches smoothly between fuels while running. I couldn’t ask for anything better I believe.

Appears solid and meets expectations

Initial test shows that the generator works seamlessly with my manual transfer switch and propane input. Assembly was easy, but female portion of bolts that hold the feet have a defect and I couldn't attach one of the bolts.
The generator started up first try, and although loud (expected) I look forward to a powerful solution next time the power goes out.
