Very easy assembly of legs and wheels. I’m sure this is going to come in very handy. Newcomer to Florida, and now I am prepared. I however cannot seem to find the key or the remote?

Easy Use and Great Features

This just arrived a few weeks ago, so my use has been limited. It was easily assembled by one person. I have used both gasoline and LPG easily. The controls and maintenance items are readily accessible. The eco feature is a definite plus. Definitely quieter than our last generator.

Nice, feature packed DUAL Fuel generator

Been waiting for a long time to get a generator....I was intent on the ability to run on propane as I don't get along with gas engines very well. This has the dual fuel and all the features I wanted. The WGen9500DF will run everything I need and is wired through the house power panel. Big Pluses all around. I highly recommend...and Westinghouse is a great company with a good reputation.

So far, so good...

I only received this generator about a week ago, so I have yet to put it to use. The quality appears good and it started right up with the manual pull start running off of propane. The electric start battery appears to be completely dead — I have had it charging overnight for over 12 hours and still no power to the electric start or remote start key-fob. I placed a call to Westinghouse on a Sunday afternoon and reached a real person customer service representative who took down my information. Hopefully they will respond quickly next week during business hours. My only other complaint is that the orange plastic cap to protect the propane hookup is warped,,discolored and cracked. The Customer Service representative indicated that the parts department would ship out a replacement. So far I’m satisfied, but those two issues resulted in a 4/5 star rating. Otherwise, I’m very satisfied. Also, by leaving this feedback I get a free generator cover which will be a nice addition.

Best generator on the market

I bought this generator about six weeks ago after being recommended by a friend. I am extremely happy with it so far. The ease of set up was very User-friendly. Don’t forget to turn on the fuel shut off valve. I expected the noise level to be much less. The one feature that I am extremely delighted about is the remote key fob start.
