LOVE THE DUEL FUEL

I purchased this generator last month as a backup for my house. I love all the features. Very easy to setup. It is great that I can use both propane and gasoline. Excellent purchase.

Love the duel fuel option

I bought a month ago. Great that it runs on gas or propane. Love that it will run on the 500gallon tank I have in the back yard. Hope I never need it but glad I have it for emergencies.

I bought this one because I got tired of maintaining my 15 year old generator. I also wanted something with plenty of power. I have run several tests on it. It definitely has all of the power that I need and is easy to use with the remote start.

Not bad, but noisey

ust got it tested after transfer switch install. Started after third try. Noise level is higher than moderate. I def would not place it behind bedroom wall. Got 9500DF and tested it with gazoline - after electric dryer started , voltage dropped ( I can tell by dimming lights in the house ) for few seconds, but after that , it picked up. Not bad, fairly priced.

Wonderful generator and runs my entire home!!!

Absolutely amazing generator. Starts on the first push of the start button. The key fob works great from inside my home. I have a 1400 square foot home with a 2.5 ton unit and this generator handles it all. It's a little noisy but quieter than what you would expect from a generator this size. It's heavy but easily movable once you install the wheels. I couldn't be happier with this generator!!!

Does what I expected: makes electricity

Purchased in June in anticipation of hurricane season. So far have only 45 minutes of "real" runtime due to a thunderstorm. The AC output is not as "clean" as I would like to be safe for electronics, but that's my fault for not paying attention to specs prior to purchase. I couldn't afford an inverter unit anyhow... .
Pros: Keeps up with demand on household circuits selected through the transfer switch, including one A/C system if I'm careful with the order of switching in the pump and air handler. Seems quite fuel-efficient on gasoline; haven't run it for long enough on propane to evaluate.
Cons (minor): 1. Wish it charged the starting battery as I'm likely to forget to plug in the wall-wart... might get a batter maintainer to connect directly. 2. Gas gauge on my unit is "sticky" and inaccurate as though the float is bent -- will eventually pull it and check that. 3. Sometimes takes two "start" cycles to fire up; hopefully this will improve as it breaks in.
