We just got this. We unpacked it and put in the fuel. It started up easily. Easy to move around with handle, despite its weight.

Nice portable for a whole house connection

It has enough output to run the whole house and not just a few appliances. The dual fuel feature is very nice because it allows for continuous operation using two propane tanks with automatic switch over regulator. No more shutting off, cool off, refuel, resume! It can keep running with a full propane tank while the empty one is replaced.

I bought this generator to be ready for any kind of disaster or significant power outage in my area. This is an awesome generator! The 9500 dual fuel has plenty of margin to cover all of our emergency needs, and the ability to use two different but commonly available fuels during a disaster is invaluable. I highly recommend this generator!

Finally Available

I have been waiting for a few months to order one, and I finally got it! This generator seems to be built well and takes about 5 minutes to set up. One word of caution, they do not provide enough oil to fill this generator to the proper level. It would not start due to low oil, so I had to run out and buy more. As soon as I added another half quart, which brought the oil level up to about half the dipstick, it fired right up! Voltage and frequency both run a little high with no load, I assume this is to compensate for when it is under full load. I have not been able to run it on full load yet, but I think this will handle anything you throw at it. It is loud but better than most portable generators I have been around, and I work on them for a living in the military.

Great product

I bought this generator mainly for RV. Our RV is not stored close to a power source so I wanted a generator that had enough power to run 2 AC's. This Generator has both 30amp and 50 amp receptacle. This generator fired up on first try and it uses both Gasoline and propane which is another reason I bought it. I am very happy that I purchased this generator.
