I have had the Generator for a short while and so far it has worked as expected. I would say the a start up cheat sheet would be helpful. They have a good maintenance sheet.

I purchased this generator prior to hurricane and winter weather season and did not regret my decision. It’s gotten my family and I through numerous storms both during the summer and winter. The ease of use is extremely helpful and I like how it can run off duel fuel sources. I would highly recommend this generator to anyone looking to be prepared for bad weather no matter what time of year.

This westinghouse generator is by far the best generator I have owned. It was very easy to unbox and put together and when everything was hooked up, I used the key fob to start the generator and it started right up. This key fob is the best invention for a generator. I bought this generator for the push start feature because I was tired of using the pull crank. The key fob is a huge bonus. i would highly recommend the Westinghouse WGEN 9500DF to everyone looking for a whole house portable generator with ease of use.

Just purchased and haven't had a chance to use it yet. It is heavy at over 200 lbs. Gas cap is very large and I thought good until I started pouring fuel in. Due to a debris catcher had to pour slowly. Make sure you cut on the fuel cutoff before attempting to start it if using gas. Started after a few attempts.

Purchased after a hurricane but I’m ready for the next one. This will power my whole house once it’s wired into the panel box. Gas and propane option was a plus along with the Electric start. Well pleased.
