Remote start! Big Watts! Dual Fuel!

I've become disabled, and needed a more powerful generator that I didn't have to hobble outside to start on a cold snowy evening. This fits the bill without breaking the bank.
I wish Westinghouse sold a whole house automatic transfer switch. But that doesn't count as a negative for the generator review.
My wife is extremely pleased. Runs a mini-split along with the well pump and all the 220B circuits. I used LP to heat water, cook, and dry clothes so I don't have to worry about that load.
Highly recommend Westinghouse generators. Snag one when they're available because they sell out quickly.

Easy to setup and run the first time!

We were without power from a recent ice storm. I purchased this unit to hook up to my house. I chose the dual fuel model and have hooked the unit up to propane. All the instructions were very clear and I was able to get it started using the remote control the first time. Very pleased with the product!

I am happy to have this model. It has some great features, including an electric start with a remote and it is more powerful than any other generator we have had in the past. We added a 50-Amp outlet in our garage just so we could use that option on the generator!

Excellent backup power... just in case

I bought the 9500DF to provide a backup source of power for our home....just in case. Have run it several time to test the dual fuel features and am happily impressed. Love the remote start feature. Knowing it’s a Westinghouse product from a US company with a stellar reputation, I can rest easy and check of one more major emergency preparedness to-do from the checklist.
