Excellent machine

It run out out of the box. Very simple set up. Dual fuel is a key - you do not want gasoline to sit around for years and wait for a storm.

I bought this a few weeks ago to power my house during power outages. Open box, Add oil, attach wheels, and pegs. Good to go! Nice machine

This generator was incredibly easy to set up, and worked the first try after following instructions. Provides plenty of power, runs smoothly and moderately quietly. And has remote start and stop which is a big plus. ery pleased with the price and performance - highly recommend.

Very Solid, Great Features

We live in the People's Republic of California where they turn off your electricity on a moments notice out of fear of fires - even the day after it rains! Anyway, I just got the WGen9500DF delivered. The product set up easily and was easy to get working and generating power. I was worried about the noise but is quieter than the Generators the neighbors have. We will be able to run our major appliances off of this and will have lighting and a degree of "normalcy" with this generator when the boobs in Sacramento turn our power off again.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy to assemble

Was easy to assemble and runs well, just a bit loud, but its a powerful engine.
Some small issue comments: The manual didn't match what I was getting (e.g talks about hooking up the battery, but it was already hooked up. Additionally, the progression of the manual didn't match what I needed to do (under operation preparation there was no mentioning of needing to fill oil) though they shipped an oil bottle and had a sticker around the oil fill plug to remind you that you had to fill it in. So overall minor things. When I started the engine up for the first time with the electrical starter it didn't work, I had to do a manual start and use the choke, then it worked on first try.

Easy assembly and use. The push button start and remote start are nice bonuses. I love the dual fuel option. I have not used it enough to comment on it's reliability or durability. Time will tell, but so far, I am impressed.
