Excellent Generator (Features, build, simple)

We bought the Duel Fuel WGen9500DF (9500/12500) on October 30, 2020. Right out of the box it was simple with a few assembly items and we were off and running (follow the manual for stating instructions: easy to read and follow). The generator is well built and heavy, easy to start, and looks impressive. We have a 3500 square foot home and it easily runs everything we need if the power goes off. I would recommend it to anyone.

better than expected

2 weeks after purchasing this generator we lost power due to a severe windstorm. Using propane, it far exceeded my expectations.

Extremely surprised by the quality of product and ease of set up. I was fortunate enough to survive the delivery process without any damage. The box it came in looked factory new. The user manual and quick start instructions were on the spot. I was up and running within an hour, could have been quicker but I had to explore the unit as I was going. Hooked up the propane and hit the remote fob and BAM this baby came to life and purred like a kitten compared to my other lesser unit. Wife even commented "Wow that is much quieter than your other generator". The electrician installs the interlock this weekend. Can not wait to put a full load on it. So....So far I'm very pleased I made this choice. The oil funnel and tools were smart and welcomed additions. There are very few times I feel as I made the correct choice after receiving a product. This is one of those exceptions. Thank you

Solid generator - lots of power and features

Bought this generator as a backup power source for my house. Have used it twice in the last 3 months and it’s handled everything I can throw at it. Only issue I have is with the automatic choke - it does not push the choke closed far enough when trying to start and will crank several times before turning over when the engine is cold. If you manually choke the carb fully, it starts instantly every time.

Great Generator

I recently purchased my WGen9500DF generator. Power outages are common in my area and I needed something to help maintain our home needs. Everything has been very easy from installing the wheels to first start up. It is everything I need for my home, and would recommend this product to anyone looking for a backup power source.
