I've been wanting a generator for years and finally found the perfect one for the right price! Easy set up, but you will need an additional quart of oil before startup.

Bought the gen to plug into the 50 amp inlet i had installed on the side of our house for emergencies, seems like a great gen, bought it for the remote start capability.

Westinghouse Generator 9500

I bought the Westinghouse WGen 9500 generator just a month ago. I was very impressed with all that this generator features. The WGen 9500 was easy to start with the push of a button, and has a fuel gauge that is easy to read. The WGen runs a little noisy but can be tolerated. The only problem was when assembling the legs to the main frame there were already welded nuts to the frame that wasn’t lined up right with the holes and it became very difficult to get the bolts in, but worked until I got the bolts to fit right. So, this issue could be looked into from westinghouse company. I am extremely excited to use this generator which offers a lot of options for projects and when power outages occur. Thanks westinghouse. I recommend the WGen9500DF generator.

Just Awesome

Couldn’t have been happier with this purchase. Easy to use, powerful, versatile options and dual fuel. What else can you ask for? And the price can’t be beat. Bought for my son to use with his portable welder but now we are coming up with all kinds of ideas with the portable power and the added security to use for power outage security is great.

Exactly What We Needed

We moved out to the sticks 2 years ago and we lost power randomly at least once per month. With a new one on the way, we knew we needed reassurance that we would have power in case of emergency, and this generator didn’t disappoint. Very happy with purchase.

Very happy I went with the dual fuel! Both fuel sources worked great out of the box. Some minor attention to detail issues but nothing that will make me send it back. Overall I'm satisfied with my purchase.

Needed more power

Replaced a 3500watt gen that could run my TV, 2 light circuits but not the micro-wave or a 2,000 watt baseboard heater. No problem with Westinghouse Wgen9500.
I can run also my well pump, refrig and freezer also at the same time.
