I was actually looking at another "blue" generator when I ran across this one. Once I compared features, etc., I went with the WGen9500DF. I really like the feature of being able to change from gas to propane without turning off the engine. Everything about this product so far has been first rate. Not concerned at all about losing power in a storm again.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Amazingly great service

After purchase, I am super pleased with its performance and reliability. Runs really smooth with very little noise. With a whole tank of gas, it will run for at least 8 hours. And with it being dual fuel capability, I have been able to switch from gasoline to propane while running. Truly money well spent.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Unboxing and setup was simple. One gripe was that there wasn't enough oil supplied to properly fill the engine. The battery came charged and started the engine easily using both gas and propane. There was a small drip coming from the fuel petcock, but went away on its own without intervention. Lastly, there should be a standard equipped energy monitor in order to calculate the amount of wattage being used so you know how much more load the generator can handle. Over all I am pleased with this product. I will leave another review after I have properly broke it in.

Dead battery

This generators battery was dead on delivery of unit. We properly tryed to charge it by hand starting unit for 1/2 an hour. Still completely dead even after an 8 hour charge with supplied battery charger. Still dead! Junk!

This generator has all the different options for plugging in various electrical plugs. Very versatile. I use it for camping and back country excursions in my RV.
