Awesome reliable generator

I bought this in August 2020 to protect against hurricane outages in Texas. Little did I know I would need to run it nearly three days straight, hooked up to a 500 pound propane tank, to survive a freeze and supposedly “rolling” blackouts, that went out and didn’t come back on for days. This generator ran the whole time with no hiccups, and kept al my critical appliances, water wells, and central heat (also propane) going. Can not recommend this enough!

What a quality product and support team! Technical manual is well written and easy to follow. Easy to start and has run for days with no issues or failure. During the recent ice storm we kept all of our barn's electrical systems and well water available for our horses and livestock. Going to purchase a WGen12000DF for the house.

Great "Little" Big Generator

We bought this little beast after the wild fires in Oregon late last year. We figured it would be good to have. Suddenly we get ice storms, the trees take out all the power lines, and we have a little generator that has saved (and cooked) our bacon. The dual fuel is a great option, though this thing pulls hard, so my one quibble is that a propane system heater would have been nice, to stop icing of the on-gen regulator. Super happy with this little blue beastie.

The best thing we hope to rarely use

Bought this for emergencies as power outages are becoming more frequent for us. We used a small one during the last outage and that made such a huge difference we decided to upgrade. Nearly full house power for 1/10th the price of the built-in model and cheaper yearly maintenance. We started to get the 7500, but with the 9500 only a little more, we opted for that one. We hope not to use it often but feel very confident that when we need it, it will be there for us.
