Works well so far

I bought this to power my house during outages, so far so good! No outages yet but it started on the first try (on propane) and tested it, running my house on it (well pump, microwave, 2 refrigerators, tv, etc). My previous generator was gas only, and had occasional issues with carb clogging and fuel storage. Looking forward to not dealing with that!

Very little assembly required. Instructions were clear and easy to follow in the users manual. The ability to switch from gasoline to propane is a great feature.

I put this together in about an 1hr and that included start up, this generator is very well built.
comes with all the good stuff I need like fuel gauge, electric start with hand held start phob, battery charger, propane hose and regular, tool kit, and oil, that my old 7500 old one did not have and and with about the same 74 db of noise. also I paid about the same as my old one. and I get a much larger and more complete unit.
I can recommend this unit to all persons who need a very complete generator.

I am impressed with quality and features. Assembly was easy and after adding the right fluids the Westinghouse generator fired up right away.

Great product. Lots of power to do about half my 2700 sq. ft. house with a 10-circuit transfer switch (sump pump, range & oven, hot water heater, TV, computer equipment, and most lights. Will not power heat pump.

I bought my WGen 9500DF over a month ago. I recently installed a Natural Gas regulator, since I have NG supplying my outdoor BBQ pit. It started right up with only 1-prime, runs and purrs fine. I gave it the "load" test. I am running a 3.5 ton upstairs AC unit, Septic Tank pump system, 2-Refrigerators, 2-rooms lights + ceiling fans, NO PROBLEM WITH POWER HANDLING. I did not kick in the Microwave or Oven, since I have Gas stove and outdoor Gas Grill and would use esp. during outage. It's great to have a unit that is capable of running on Gas, Propane and NG. I love the remote start and ease to move this unit around. I am ready for that next power outage..but hope it never comes.

I bought this portable generator in hopes I would never have to use it. This unit is a monster. I just want to set it up & forget about it. It's my insurance policy.
