The easiest product to setup and get running!!

I just received this generator this evening. It took about 10-15 minutes to put the wheels on, add oil and gas. It fired up with the remote on the first go. I'm not letting it run for 4-5 hours for the break in period. I've tried the remote stop and start from our kitchen and it works great. Can't wait to get this on my welding trailer for my welders.

House generator

We just bought a new house (to us) which was wired for a generator. I haven't used it yet, but it sure looks like it will be a good purchase and have sufficient power. I was concerned that the 200 lb weight would be an issue to move around, but this old man didn't have any issues. Minimal assembly was easy though turning the generator on it's side to mount the wheels may be an issue for some. Unrelated to the generator, the house NEMA plug was female so I needed a M-M cord to hook up the generator to the house, but they do not exist ready-made. I bought a standard extension cord and added the correct male plug (I had the tools to do it).

We bought this a week ago. It was easy to assemble. Directions were perfect. Started right up. The remote start is a nice touch too! Highly recommend this as well as any other Westinghouse generator. This makes two for us and by far our favorites.

Product is well made. Love the three year warranty. Plenty of help online. Installation instructions are clear. Maintenance schedule is fully described, with a maintenance schedule to keep track of oil changes, filters, spark plugs, etc.

I bout this generator last year and used it during the big power outage. It worked GREAT. I had power and heat. Love the remote start!!!
