Great generator, started first try. Seems to be running strong. Appears to be a high quality product. It is a little loud but overall I like it.

Small footprint, HUGE power!

I bought this before Hurricane Milton, and I'm so glad I did. Our power was out for four days. This ran all of the house lights, refrigerator, deep freezer, cook stove, and two 10,000 BTU window A/C units without a hiccup. Could not be happier.

I bought this recently, since my second home lost power in the recent hurricane remnant storms. It also can support future power outages in my primary residence. All around a great purchase.

I bought the generator two years ago .
During Hurricanes Helena and Milton was a life saver I use it first on propane gas it was a big help due was impossible to get gas any ware
