Got us through Hurricane Milton

Purchased in Sept 2023, first use was Oct 2024 during Hurricane Milton. Followed instructions for assembly and was using only propane.
Giving a 4 star rating for 2 things:
Initially, generator would start and then die after a few seconds. CO and maintenance lights would come on, but manual does not clearly explain what that means. Turns out it was due to the low oil level as detected by the sensor as the generator needed more oil than came provided in the 1.1 liter bottle.
Second, the tire and location of the 50 Amp 14-50R outlet make it an awkward fit for my cord as it exits down from the plug.
It is not a quiet generator, but that is to be expected due to its capacity.

Generator replaces a small unit. This generator will run my whole house including the 4 ton air conditioner, which is important in south Louisiana;

Easy set up, directions were easy to read. Electric Start with remote is very handy. Dual fuel makes it easy to always have a fuel on hand. Comes with everything you need to get started except for the cord.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great genset for the price!

The unit is powerful enough to run most things in my house and everything on my 42' Montana 5th wheel.
It's also quite quiet for as big as it is.

Propane or gas!

I bought this to be able to have options for the fuel we use when using the generator. If we know the electric outage is short term we can just hook up the propane without having to worry about filling it with gas then having to drain it!! Love this feature. I’m

I bought this after the last hurricane came through N.C. andcwe lost our power. My wife is on oxygen and her emergency tank ran out seeing the oxygen company was out of equipment has no choice but to run a drop cord to our Jeep to use the inverter to run her portable oxygen machine. Also lost everything in our refrigerator and freezer so no matter what we will be set and ready for next time we are without power. This thing powers the whole house at least the main necessities. Very happy and pleased with our purchase.
