Very pleased customer

I purchased the WGen9500DF for home power backup. Was delivered into my garage in perfect shape. Easy to assemble. My only comment is the assembly instructions said you had to connect the battery cables. My unit came with a simple plug you had to connect. Put in oil and gas and it fired right up through the electric start. Would highly recommend!!

Dual Fuel Monster!

We live in a rural area with a well and wanted to make sure that no matter the weather we would have enough power to run the entire 2500 sq. ft. home when the power went out. Received the unit a couple of days ago and was very easy to put together. I will not be using gasoline as I don't want to store something so volatile on the property so I will be running this entirely on Propane. Kicked right over on first attempt and runs the whole house! Build quality appears very good and documentation is very thorough. Not concerned now if the power goes out. BTW, the remote start is very nice to have!

Great Features

I bought this because it had everything i needed and then some. great options and love the duel fuel option as a great backup. Im going with 4 stars because the box came with oil leaked all over the side and the generator was covered as well. also had a dent on the top. A little irritated that I spent over 1k and have to deal with the little things like this.

This is truth in advertising! The product comes very well made and the instructions to set it up are super clear. I like that the choke is automatically handled by the electronic ignition because it means that you can really remote start it from afar. I’m running on propane but I like that I have gasoline as an alternative.

Bought this recectly after losing power. This generator will power the whole house if your careful. Very easy to operate and using propane means no problems with old gasoline.
