Followed the directions after unpackaging. Using the propane fuel side. Started immediately. Completely satisfied.

Very happy with our purchase. Easy set up out of the box. Runs very smoothly on propane. With transfer switch runs almost the entire house.

The generator worked fine until it would barely turn over. I charged the battery and still wouldn’t start. Then smoke came out of what I think is the ignition.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We haven’t had an emergency yet to use it but started it up after setup. No problems and my wife feels better knowing how easy it is to run!

I love this thing, setting up this thing was super fast and very easy to operate. I really recommend this generator to anyone who is looking for a back up during power outages and although I’m not sure about commercial use, for my purposes, which is to keep my aquariums running during the power outage, it is more than enough. Also, the key fob comes in dry handy during the rainy day.

I bought this generator (WGen9500DFc) in case of an extended power outage in my area. My wife is on a Home Oxygen Concentrator and this gives us piece of mind. I have our Main Breaker Box wired up to so I can hook up the Generator to supply our whole house. The generator will power up most of my house electrical circuits.
I would recommend this to a friend!
