Love the duel fuel option

Just got my Westinghouse WGen9500DF. The build quality is impressive. I had a connection to my propane tank installed, hooked up the new generator, and immediately started it up. I am ready for the next power outage that is sure to come our way this storm season in Alabama.

Easy to Assemble / Easy to Operate

The item is heavy and I do recommend to have two people to work on assembly. The the process to add legs and wheels took about 10 min, it took me another 10 min to add oil and connect propane tank. I also charge battery for another 10 min, but it wasn't necessary - in 30 min I had my generator up in running. Also, I was pleasantly surprised how compact the item for the power its generate.

Starts right up - love the dual fuel feature.

In my opinion, this portable generator is the cream of the crop when looking for a dual-fuel option. I use it with an interlock kit to power a large portion of my house during outages. So far, so good. Starts up right away with propane.

I am very please with the generator so far. It looks to be well built and loaded with features the . The remote key is a nice touch. At this time I have only tested it with a few appliances such as floor model freezer and a assortment of power tools. It had no problems. Ultimately I plan to have it connected to a transfer switch for home backup. The only minor issue I foresee is that you have to remove a wheel to take the battery out. Nevertheless at this time I highly recommend this unit. You gotta get you one!

Getting ready for hurricane season I purchased this great generator that will power all I need in the house. The propane for fuel will make storing fuel so much easier and the the push button start makes it easy to start.

I bought the Wgen9500df. So far so good strong running motor with a nice control panel layout. Remote start is a very convenient feature. a quick connect for the propane would be a nice addition.
