Ease of set up

I cannot rate the performance of generator as I have not yet fired it up and tested however, the ease of set up was amazing. I am a single woman and was able to follow the instructions and get wheels and base installed in a matter of 10 minutes. I will be firing it up tomorrow to see how it actually works, but was pleasantly surprised that I was able to set up on my own. Living in south florida and with the predictions of upcoming hurricane season, I wanted a backup generator to my generator. Now I have two in my garage and hopefully never have to use either, but it’s definitely peace of mind.

Easy set up, Started up quickly

Haven’t used it in a real power outage situation yet but it delivered in great shape, easy set up and started quickly during first trial.

We bought this generator a year ago & then decided to hook up our daughter & son-in-law's home for when the electricity goes out. They have lost power during storms for the last three consecutive years and have borrowed our generator. So we gave them ours and we purchased this one for home at the end of July this year. It's an excellent generator and we highly recommend it. It takes care of all the electricity for a 3 bedroom ranch home with 2 adults & 5 children.

GREAT INVESTMENT!

Excellent results! This ordered unit arrived the day before a hurricane was to hit. We lost power and I fired this product up! Able to power numerous items in our house including 2 window unit A/Cs, 2 Refridgerators, TV, other electronics, internet, lights, etc. Although had to do it separately in shifts - we were able to easily power our water well. We had to run on the generator for 6 days. Instructions said we could run up to 12 hours on a tank of gas but we made sure we did not run out by filling every 8 to 10 hours. The generator is easy to use and had clear instructions. The unit is heavy BUT easy to move around on both concrete and on the lawn because of the retractable handle and big wheels. The unit is loud but who cares when your power is out and you need electricity. I highly recommend this unit!!
