This generator has some great features. The remote start seems like over kill but it is still cool. After filling the unit with the oil that came with it and connecting the battery which also came with the gen - a nice touch. We hooked up a 15 gallon propane bottle. Pressed the remote start and the gen tried to start. It automatically tried to start 2 times. It started on the 2nd try. The noise level was way less than we expected. My lawn mower is much louder. Another nice touch is the four 120VAC plugs are GFI. All of the outlets have a rubber cover. This is way more important than you might think. These should keep bugs and the weather out of these plugs.

Smooth power 1st start.

I bought this unit to run our new home during outages. I did a lot of research and found this unit to be the biggest watt dual fuel available. We tried it out now that I have the cable, discoonnect and separated plug to safely power our home. 50Amps will only run so much, with a freezer and frig, leaves enough for lights, a well pump, and the septic pump. No AC, but we have a working fireplace. Would have given 5 stars, but the unit is loud AND heavy, 200lbs+.

GREAT GENERATOR HAS ALL THE BELLS AND WHISTLES ONE WOULD WANT IN A GENERATOR.I ESPECIALLY LIKE THE REMOTE START . I CAN START IT FROM WITHIN THE HOUSE.IT HAS ENOUGH POWER TO DO EVERYTHING I NEED IT TO DO! WELL MADE!

Frozen Crank on new purchase

Bought this a couple days ago, went to start it today after filling oil, and fuel; and the gen wont turn over. Pull start is also stuck which means crank is seized on a brand new unit! Seems like someone failed to test this unit in the factory before shipping.

I love that the generator came with the propane hose and trickle charger! It fired right up on propane! Now I am ready but hope I never need it!

I bought this for the purpose as a home back up in the case of a power failure. It was a very simple and easy set up. Started up like a dream with the push button start. Highly Recommend!
