I bought this generator a month ago and I'm happy i did. It is arrives pre-assembled so no need for assembly. All you have to do is put the wheels on. Simple set up. Easy to follow instructions.

Excellent portable generator

This is my first generator. It is built solid and runs solid. Hi I am not looking forward to hurricane season starting next month but with this portable generator I am prepared. It will do all the work I needed to do.

What can I say? Set up was easy and straightforward, the generator started and delivered power right away (with No call to tech support) and, it arrived with NO missing pieces and in excellent condition. It is solidly built and I estimate it will serve my needs well.

Hurricane season preparation

My husband did extensive research before deciding on this model to power our 42' RV in case of power outage during hurricane season in Texas. We were completely unprepared during the Texas freeze and we wanted a model that would provide piece of mind. Setup, prep and starting the generator was so easy that I thought we had done something wrong, but nope, everything went real easy. Waiting for a dry day, as the rain just won't stop, to actually hook it up to the RV and see how well it runs our unit.

Everything I needed in a generator !

I took delivery of my 9500DF and hooked it up to my house and it ran everything I needed it to, some things at the same time and the generator barely bogged down under load, very impressive. The same for my RV, I have a 30amp service TT and was able to run the entire RV with the A/C running at the same time and the generator did not struggle at all.

Will do entire house

I owned a Westinghouse generator about 10 years ago and had given it to my daughter who needed it more than I did since she lived in the country and her power would be out because of storms. I have decided with the way things on in the world the grid could be the next thing that is hacked and I wanted to have something that was reliable and I know Westinghouse is a name I can trust. I like the electric start and I he remote state. I'm also going to be using ethanol gas in mine.
