I purchased this generator ahead of hurricane season on the East Coast. Easy assembly and it started perfectly right out the box using both fuel options. The remote start worked perfectly and should be a handy feature during a storm.

I bought the 9500 remote start duel fuel generator to replace a old worn out one and let me tell you this thing is sweet. Pull started on propping in 3 pulls, remote and push button start both work great. This machine was built very well. Big tires, folding handle, rubber mounted everything for low vibration, very quiet. This one generator will run my whole house, well pump and septic system, (of course excluding my central ac). Im ready for hurricane season again

Very pleased with ease in set up. The oil that was provided did not get to the level required to start. Not a problem it's just a little short and I can add some.

The leg pegs and wheels were easy to simple after using a car jack to lift it. Runs smoothly with the propane (haven't tried the gasoline yet). Love all of its features! Now I can't wait for a storm to come (kind of joking).
