Haven't had to use it yet (just unboxed, set up the feet and wheels, and read all the directions), but if it works as well as it looks, I'll be very happy when we lose power this hurricane season!

Our power can be out for days at times. I am so happy I purchased this generator. It powered my home without fail. It's also comforting to know that if we run out of gas, we can switch to propane. Has several/variety of plug ins which makes it nice. Very good generator!

We love East Texas, but severe thunder storms can often be hard to predict. After loosing public power for 10 days due to tornadic winds and rain, we can now rest assured this generator will solve the problem next time!!

I bought this generator in preparation for the 2024 hurricane season. Our previous generator was outdated and not able to keep up with our demand requirements. This Westinghouse dual fuel generator is awesome and I look forward to installing a transfer switchbox to maximize the features of this generator.
