Nice generator

I bought this generator to operate some medical equipment in the event of a power outage. Units seems well built and started right up. the push button and remote start are very convenient. I was also please with the dual fuel capabilities. I added a generator transfer switch to my existing breaker panel and was able to run central air, fridge, freezer and several room circuits with this unit with no problems.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Awesome generator

Although I’ve never had to use my generator in an emergency, I do start it up and run it for 20 minutes or so monthly. It starts and runs perfectly. I have an old generator its twice as loud as this one and its half as powerful. I would highly recommend this generator to anyone who is worried about being without power for an extended period of time

Purchased in 2/2024. Used the 1st time this week after storms. Ran perfectly, great fuel consumption. No issues.

Gas starting difficulty

Two times the generator was needed. Both times it would not start without using starter fluid directly. Sprayed into the carburetor. When it ran, it ran well.
Since it’s under warranty and used only two times totaling < 10 hours. Asking the manufacturer correct the malfunction and make customer well. Thank you.

Kept my food from spoiling

Our power went out and I had no generator, but my son in law did. He brought over a duel fuel 9500w and using propane, we started it and ran cords to my refrigerator and freezer. I saved me from throwing out all my perishables. our power was out for 4 days and this thing didn't;t skip a beat. this convinced me to buy my own and I'm in the process of hiring an electrician to do a hook up to my breaker box with a plug on it to connect it to my generator.

We are so glad to bought it, at this moment we never know when the power shut down. We already used because at our area the power shut down for about 4 days, and this generator worked excelent for all these days. I really recomendent it.
