Easy Set Up

Very easy set up, well organized manual. I mated the generator to our existing transfer switch. I have an electrical engineering background, but that certainly wasn't necessary to set up and operate this generator.

I haven't had to use it in an emergency situation yet. It is a matter when not if. I'll rest easy knowing I have a dependable product made in the USA for a backup power source. Being a native Floridian living in Florida. It will be nice not tripping over extension cords, not to mention the humidity and misquotes in the house.I had an electrician wire my distribution panel. Now I'm ready .

Good quality, great features, easy setup

The WGEN9500DF generator is exactly what I was hoping for. I was impressed with the overall quality, looks and features this generator has to offer. The dual fuel option and electric/remote start made this purchase a no brainer, which allows my wife to start it without having to pull a starter cord. The 9500 to 12,500 peak watts it supplies is more than enough power to handle all the major items in my home. The initial setup was easy to follow in the instructions. I used a propane tank from the grill for the first startup instead of gasoline and it started on the first try with the remote starter. The generator was not as loud as I thought would be and it ran great for the time I had it running.
