Meets my expectations so far

I purchased two of these just over a month ago. They arrived with no damage from shipping and were quite easy to assemble. I simply propped them up with a few 2x4s to attach the wheels. Having read numerous product reviews I was careful not to overfill the oil. Both generators started with the remote on first try an ran smoothly on gas fuel. I haven’t yet tried propane.
I really liked the sizable gas fuel tank and the pre-paired remote!
One of the units is for my shop/garage in which I have a 3ton mini-split heat pump. The generator did not even bog down as the mini-split started. The other unit ifs for my house and I haven’t yet tested performance but based on the performance on my other building I am not at all apprehensive.
I had power inlet boxes installed outside the buildings and and lockout devices on the main panels to assure safe and efficient operation.
My only suggestion is for Westinghouse to provide more information regarding recommended break in and to improve the data center to include wattage being drawn.

Smooth running

I bought this generator getting ready for hurricane season here in south Texas. Going through the break in period and really enjoy this unit. It will be set up and ready for action. It is so easy to operate and will have my wife ready in case she needs to operate it....its that easy!!!

Everything I needed at a great price

I bought the wgen9500df for all it's features like remote start, gas and propane, and it came at a great price. Followed the start initial start up procedure and it fired up right away. Broke the generator in for the first 5 hours and it's handled everything I through at it since. It was exactly what I was looking for.
