Love Dual Fuel

I purchased this a couple of months ago but just powered it following installation of a manual changeover switch and receptacle. I like the ability to run propane but switch to gas if circumstances warrant. Instructions were clear, operation is straight forward, and the auto start sequence worked as advertised.

Powers the entire house!

We wanted something that fit the budget a little better than an automatic whole house generator, but we were very pleasantly surprised that the 9500DF model can power everything in the house, including the pool pump and hot tub! We don't have everything on at once, but we know during any kind of power outage, we'll still have our comforts. Living in Florida, this gives me peace of mind.
The only issue we had was during the first startup, it took quite a number of tries. I think that's to be expected until the fuel pump can get everything primped. After that first start, it started right up every time we tried it.
Very happy with our purchase!

So far this product has been very impressive in terms of quality, design, ease of use, and ease of getting started. Looks to me like Westinghouse put a lot of time and effort into making this an excellent customer experience.

Everything I could ask for

I just recently purchased this generator Due to experiencing a 3-day power outage. I decided I wouldn't go through that again. Fortunately the power hasn't went out since I purchased the generator but I have hooked it up using a transfer switch and ran a couple of test runs on a couple occasions. The generator has enough power to run all the necessary appliances and my AC during a power outage. Very pleased with the overall construction and quality has all the features I was looking for great product.

I bought this generator after tropical storm Isaias and just received it today. Still in the process of setting it up, for the most part it looks sturdy. The box was damaged, but will attempt to start it up tomorrow for a true review.
