it arrived in good condition. easy to unpack and install the included wheel kit. one person can do this easily. it weighs a lot but is balanced so well that it is really easy to move around.everything you need to start is included. read instructions to make sure you do everything right. started first time and it is noisy , but remember its 9500 watts , but seemed quieter than i expected on one this size. it ran all circuits that we bought it for. so far a great investment.

Great Generator For The $$

This generator has all the features I was looking for and more. It has a 50 Amp output so I can hook it to my electrical panel through my transfer switch. Also, dual fuel with easy switching between LP & gas, push button start, multi-use digital readout, battery charger, etc. I especially look forward to using the remote start key fob to fire up the generator this winter.
I would recommend this to a friend!

we purchased this in case of power outage and being portable we can be able to help other people if they need it. plenty of power to run more cords for multiple circuits

The Powerful Generator brings Peace of Mind

With all the stuff going on in the US and World these days, I thought it was a good idea to finally get a generator….I have been considering it for years, but decided to do it now.
I spent about 10 hours doing research on generators and reading reviews and decided on the WGen9500DF. It had very good reviews and I can see why.
I followed the instructions and was able to assemble it without issue, although I would suggest having a second person around to help you tilt it when installing the wheels as this generator is very heavy.
I added the oil, plugged in the battery, hooked up my propane tank and it fired right up, no problem.
I plugged a couple of things in it to test it and was confused a first because that didn’t work, but then I noticed the GFI button I needed to push, and after that everything worked great..ran my drill and a shop light without issue.
I will probably have an electrician wire the switch into my house so I can run what I want to run inside my house without dragging power cords around.

I love this generator and it gives me peace of mind knowing that I have it.
