Super happy with this generator. The dual fuel, remote start and battery charger are key features that were instrumental in this decision. Runs great - very quiet!

We bought a couple weeks ago. So far so good. Have only "tested" it out to make sure all the outlets would run. We will see how it does long term.

i bought this in December of last year. I haven't had a lot of opportunities to use it yet but so far i really like the generator and the dual fuel is a nice option to have.

great features for the money

We live where trees seem to lean toward the power lines no matter where they are on our road.We had at first contemplated putting in whole house permanent set up, but the house we bought was already set for a portable hookup, so i scoured the internet for a really good generator that had our needs in mind, and guess what!? we found it in the wgen9500dfc. Will power all our needs w/little hookup time and start time!(perfect) Thanks so much for your product that i hope we rarely need!!!

Easy to Use/Affordable

My electrician recommended this generator to me, and he was able to install a manual transfer switch for my breaker box to allow this generator to power on my necessities during outages. After a walk-through on how to use it, I am comfortable with power this on by myself to make it through outages. We simulated a power outage at my house, and everything worked perfectly as i wanted it to. Super happy with the product.

Bought this generator on first day of power outage (Jan. 13, 24) It was easy to set it up, had it running in about 20 minutes mostly by myself. Easy to understand instructions and everything is included. Just had to plug my house into the generator. Easy Peasy!
