We bought this to upgrade from our smaller unit. This has electric start and is a big plus for us. it was easy to assemble and set up. very pleased with this generator

I just received this generator and the set up was very simple. The generator is a little heave and would recommend having 2 people to unpack. I hope I don’t need to use this as back up power for our house but if I need to we should be able to run almost the whole house.

I bought the generator a month ago, and am now hooking it up. I was missing parts, and have sent in a service ticket on line. I am waiting for parts to start the unit up.

Power going out more frequently bought the 9500 duel fuel so I could use propane and don’t have to worry about gasoline sitting in the tank for extended periods. This generator should have plenty to run the essential. Have faith in the Westinghouse name.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
