does not start well. battery DOA. good power

The battery was DOA and will not charge and not hold a charge. Once its started its good but not the easiest to start with the pull cord. Very frustrating as my dad is 80 and not able to use the remote start or the push button. We need to ask the neighbor to start it for him. Once running, it has lots of power. Hope WH will help with the batt issue

My new generator was delivered today. I attached the 2 wheels and 2 front feet. I filled it with oil and it's ready to run.

Easy set up and prep. Clear, simple instructions and everything needed is in the box. This thing is heavy, but once wheels are installed, moves easily.

Awesome Generator

Got this in september, I have used it through 3 power outages now and it runs all the essentials of our small home with ease! (I have run everything in the home at once just to see if it could handle it, it will, but maybe avoid the dryer or stove) Have not had to run it off propane yet as it seems to be fairly fuel efficient and that is just a backup for me. It does struggle to cold start off battery alone sometimes, but thats probably more of a battery issue than the generator itself (I dont leave the battery tender plugged in).

Very easy to set up. Wheels and feet took about 5 minutes to install. Added the engine oil, and the amount provided is questionable. I put in the quart and it didn’t move up the dipstick very far. The product seems to be well built and all reviews I have read are favorable. I also have a friend with the same model and he says it runs great. He just used it a couple weeks ago for three days straight after a huge wind and rain storm

Excellent Emergency Back-up Generator

Bought this generator a couple days ago as a emergency back-up for power outages. The instructions were easy to follow and I love the remote start-up! Highly recommend!
