Perfect home generator, easy assembly

Received this generator as promised, looks great. Only took 45 min. to unpack and assemble, (wheels and front feet, add oil and fuel, plug in battery). It started right up with no issues. Ran on gas for a while then switched to propane while running with no issues, ran for a while then switched back, no issues. runs a little rough for only a second when switching between fuel sources but that is expected. Put a light load on it for break in, haven't ran whole house yet but expect it to work perfectly whenever power goes out again.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Life Saver for me.. !

The very next day after this machine was delivered, it began to pay for itself! Storm storms once again produced a power outage. After about 30 minutes this generator was up and running, keeping the frig. running and the house comfortable. No longer is there a need to rush to buy ice! I chose Westinghouse strictly because of the name brand and recognition it carries. Quality company and quality product !!

Haven't had to use it yet but I am happy with it so far. I just had an electrician install the new box and plug and it will power most of my first floor and basement, which is more than I could have imagined. I like the dual fuel option and plan to run it on propane since there is a little less maintenance involved and don't have to worry about gasoline getting old. I did a quick 'dry run' and it is easy to start, and use. The remote will certainly come in handy when it is cold and wet out! Seven though it is heavy, the handle and wheels make it relatively easy to maneuver. So far I love it.

Worth the money

Just became a homeowner and have experienced some power outages. After careful research, this generator put out the wattages I needed to power all the essentials in the house without the hefty price tag as other brands. Very simple to put together and get started. I love the remote start feature. I also like the handle which makes it easy to pull in and out the shed. So far so good, I'm very happy with the purchase well worth every penny.
