Started hard but ran good once we got it going. Followed instructions and had a bit of a time (30 pulls or so) getting it started. Now it starts on 1 pull.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just received,very easy set up with good directions
Like solid wheels,very easily moved
Started up easily per battery and propane gas
Arrived un damaged unlike previous generator from different brand

This generator is well designed and constructed, This is a complete package with all needed to startup. Even assembly tools were provided. I love the duel fueling option, which represents a true backup for various situations that may inhibit getting energy needed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great features

Came packed well (and fast, 1 day after hurricane Idelia) with no damage but the quart of oil was leaking a little bit. Good thing it came in a bag, but it was also leaking. Not a deal breaker, but minus one star. This thing has got some good features that I am looking forward to try, just haven’t had the chance to use it yet. I will be testing out in a few weeks when the interlock kit comes in and I get it hooked to the house. We will see. But I have every expectation that this will do the job. This is not some generic thing you pick up from that freight place.

Easy Assembly

I bought this because my old generator was strictly pull start and gas only. After struggling to get it started over the summer, I gave up purchased the WGEN9500DF. I was drawn to the electronic push button start as I'm not as young as I used to be.

Purchased after the latest storm/power outage & fighting to keep our old generator running.
Purchased this one due to the overall rating & reviews. Assembly was pretty easy, only attaching the wheels & feet to the unit, adding oil & fuel to start up. I used propane for the initial start up as we didn't need to use it and I didn't want to leave unused fuel in for an undetermined amount of time. Unit is as described in the ads and is well made, started and powered my electric device with no issues. We will enjoy piece of mind knowing it is there when we need it in the future.
