Simple to use, great features!

I just bought this and it was so simple to set up. Screw on legs, wheels, add oil (provided) and fill up the gas tank. Started like a charm.

Haven’t had to use it to power up yet but have started it with both fuel and propane

Did not work but replaced

I liked the overall features. Two issues: first, the delivery team damaged my home during delivery and it is difficult to contact the right team at Pilot to resolve this. Second, I had to have the item replaced

Starts right up

I bought this generator to have power when it gets knocked out by hurricane force winds. I wanted it to run on propane instead of gasoline.
