Worked a total of about 8 hrs then lost all power. Battery was good but no charge getting to starter. Oil level good. Working with customer service now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Convenient features!

I recently purchased this generator because of the many features and the quality name. It runs very well and the voltage is accurate. Despite the generator's weight it is easy to move around on it's wheels. It starts easily and the remote is a nice feature, too.
I would recommend this to a friend!

9500 Watt Generator

I have not run the unit yet. Simply registering for the warranty. It has a dent in the tubular protective frame on top. I opened a case # for that. I’m sure it will serve its purpose. Disappointed it did not come with 240 volt power cord.

50 Amp Backup

Very nice generator with a 50 amp outlet. Having the dual fuel option is great, just another option in case of emergency and one or the other fuels is not available. Plan to use for home backup power during emergency storm outages.

Bought the 9500DF to use as backup power during storm outages. Works great so far. It’s not as loud as I expected. The generator is heavy but moves easily with the nice bearings that are pressed in the wheels.
I would recommend this to a friend!

After I purchased had to wait for electrician to wire separate panel for generator. Works great with propane tank and am able to run all I need when I switch to generator power.
